Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting Vazir Furniture through our official contact details as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will review cancellation requests based on the order's current status. If manufacturing or customisation has not yet started, we may consider the cancellation request subject to the order's applicable terms.
Once manufacturing, customisation, material procurement, or other order-specific work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to applicable deductions or charges.
Customised Furniture Orders
Customised furniture is manufactured according to the customer's specific requirements, such as size, design, color, finish, configuration, or other specifications.
Because customised products are made specifically for an individual customer, we may restrict cancellation requests once production or customisation has started.
Customers are therefore advised to carefully review and confirm their furniture specifications before the order is finalised.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders already dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, customers should refer to our Return & Refund Policy or contact our team for assistance.
Refund Against Cancelled Orders
If we approve a cancellation and a refund applies, we will process it according to the payment method and the order's applicable terms.
We will inform the customer of any applicable deductions or charges before processing the refund.
